Pasta Sosta is a small, artisanal pasta shop currently operating minutes outside of London, Ontario at the Trails End Farmers Market.

They specialize in fresh bronze drawn and handmade pasta.

Their pasta maker Josh, with culinary chef experience, is beyond dedicated to the craft of pasta making– so much so that he managed to sweet talk his partner Laura into starting this endeavour together. With this humble beginning still in its infancy their goal is to supply the general public with the highest quality pasta possible.

All of their pasta and provisions are small batched. Everything they offer is designed to be relatable but with a chef’s touch. This ensures it’s well executed and more exciting than your typical supermarket affair.

They are just real people, making real pasta the really hard way…with intention and attention to detail.
